About Marco Alexander
Marco Alexander (born 1975) comes from the small town of Bad Neustadt in northern Bavaria, in the middle of Germany.
During and after his education and studies to become a plant-construction engineer, he lived and worked abroad for more than ten years, among others in the United States, Africa, and the Middle East.
After some medical problems, he tried for years to regain the lost health. After many erroneous paths with medical specialists, who were all paid but could not help, he found the lost health in fasting and starch-free raw food and by walking through the forefoot.
After regaining his lost health and feeling light, flexible and healthy, he thought of ways to help other humans to accomplish this state of health.
His books are the result of this desire. The costs are low, but the personal benefit for fellow human beings can hardly be measured in money.
